Are dots available in the EU and UK?
Not on ChatGPT Pro. At launch, the Pro rollout excludes the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the UK. Business Premium includes dots in all supported ChatGPT regions, including Europe.

Is there a timeline for Europe?
No. OpenAI's launch post says it plans to expand dots to more users soon, but neither the launch post nor the Help Center gives a date for Pro in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK. We will update this page when OpenAI announces one.
Demand is clear: when OpenAI's Tibo Sottiaux asked what the team should ship next for dots, bringing dots to Europe was the most-liked request in the replies.
What you can do now
- Business Premium: dots are included in all supported regions, so European teams can use them on that plan.
- Enterprise, Edu or Healthcare: ask your workspace admin to turn on Use dots (Beta) in Workspace settings → Permissions & roles.
- Follow the rollout: check the OpenAI Help Center article linked below; it lists the current plans and regions.

We don't recommend trying to get around regional availability. Early users report that a dot can become unavailable when an unsupported location is detected, even for accounts in supported markets that travel.
